Programs
Ruston Body Works offers three different avenues to help you reach your fitness goals. We have an outstanding Boot Camp Program, individualized Personal Training, an On-line fitness training program and we offer Nutritional Planning.
RBWC25K Group Running Program
Is running a 5K on your bucket list? Let Ruston Body Works train you to cross the finish line. We offer a ''Couch to 5K '' group running program that allows you to train at your own pace and still be ready to finish strong. For only $25.00 you get 9 weeks of a carefully designed program plus running tips. You will also receive information about common training issues and how to over come them. We finish the 9 weeks up by running a 5K together. Sign up now to join us on our next 9 week journey to the finish line.
Corporate Packages
Corporate packages are set up to assist the employer with providing its employees with an outlet for stress and the opportunity to improve their quality of life. We offer a reduced price to businesses assisting their employees or paying for their employees fitness programs. So how does it all work? With a 1 year contract the business automatically gets a 25% savings on an individual boot camp price. The employer only pays for those employees attending boot camp on a regular basis ( to be determined by the employer). If the employee fails to make class on a regular basis that employee will be responsible for a percentage of the boot camp fee. That percentage is determined by the employer. This allows the employee to take ownership of their own behavior and encourages them to attend class more often. A full report is submitted to the business at the end of the month identifying attending employees and how often they attended.
Boot Camps
All boot camps are expertly designed by Tommy Gallagher and Chad Spruell. They are a non-military style of group training that incorporates different exercises to assist the “campers” with reaching their personal goals. Workouts are changed daily to ensure that you get the most excitement out of your journey as possible. You can expect a safe training environment with a knowledgeable leader to guide you through the exercises.
You will need to bring a light weight set of dumb bells (usually 5-8 lbs) and an exercise mat with you to camp. It also a good idea to bring a towel and a water bottle. You should wear appropriate fitting workout clothing that allows you to move around comfortably. It is also a good idea to have a pair of shoes that offer the correct style of support for your feet.

Personal Training |
Camps run for 12 sessions (4-weeks) and then offer a week off. Dates and times are listed on the registration page. Child care will be available in the up coming months. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
Camp Location
All camps will be held at First Baptist Church except the 5:30pm which will still be held at Trinity United Methodist Church. We also have a camp running in Farmerville every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8:00am.
Individualized Personal Training
Are you ready to take it to the next level? Let Tommy and Chad help you. Programs can be designed to help you reach your personal goals and maintain them forever. They can train you on your own personal equipment at home or meet with you at either The Lambright Intramural Center or All Hours Fitness.
On-line Training
All on-line training is conducted on a one on one basis. Through a high tech training program we are able to interact with you. Whether your goals involve strength building, competition training, cardiovascular improvement or just an overall complete body workout we can help you. Each program is designed specifically for your particular needs. We can also adapt your training to the equipment that you have available from the simplest home gym to the most elite fitness center.
Nutritional Planning
We also offer nutritional planning services. All meal plans are designed by a registered dietitian to help you reach your fitness goals.
